Learning

Spelling

Spelling books are expected to be handed in every Thursday and the following weeks spellings will be put into the books and handed out on Friday. Please ensure that children are remembering to practice, using the spelling strategies learned in class. 

Reading

Children need to read at home at least four times a week for 10 to 15 minutes at a time.  When your child has read, please ensure it is recorded in their reading diary (by you or themselves). Children’s reading records are checked, against this expectation, by Mrs Timms each Thursday morning. 

PE

PE takes place every Wednesday afternoon. Please ensure your child comes in appropriate PE kit; see our Uniform page for reference.

We use Marvellous Me to communicate, send praise and reminders (speak to Mrs Kelly if you haven't got your log in details).
