Each year the Schools Library Service hold two quizzes: the 'Hooked on Books Quiz' and the 'Library Quiz'.  As we have been incredibly busy across the Autumn Term, we have decided to run the quiz in school and compete against each other rather than against the other schools across the county this year.  We are still going to be giving a prize to each winning team and are choosing our quiz teams at the beginning of next half-term, once we have had more time to read.  The quizzes will then be run in the Summer term. 

COVENTRY INSPIRATION BOOK AWARDS 2022

YEAR 5

Every year in the ‘Hooked on Books’ category a ‘Book Quiz’ is held where schools compete against each other to answer questions about the books in that particular category.  Questions are asked about all 8 books, so get ready, set and read. 

LIBRARY QUIZ

YEAR 6

Three books are chosen, which are studied by the children who are chosen to take part.  Questions are asked about all three books - again children can take a book each and become an expert on it, rather than having to read all three.
