Languages at Leigh C of E Academy

At Leigh C of E Academy we teach the language of French using The Primary Languages Network scheme of materials. We aim to ensure that we help to develop communication and literacy skills that lay the foundation for future language learning and to fulfill the National Curriculum requirements so that our children develop linguistic competence, extend their knowledge of how language works and explore differences and similarities between the foreign language and English.
