Yellow group-SENTENCE WRITING Practise writing the sound ’ng’, check you have written it the right way round. Write a sentence using a word with the ‘ng’ sound in e.g. ‘I am big and strong’.  Use your Fred-fingers to help you sound out your words and make sure you have a finger space between each word. Doubling- today I would like you to build a tower with your blocks or bricks. If you do not have any, you can line up your counters/pennies/pasta shells. With a grownup’s help, look at what you have made in a mirror-you will see a reflection-the same again. You will see the double of what you have made. If your tower is 6 bricks high, you will see another tower of 6 in the mirror- double 6 = 12. Repeat with different amounts. Please take a photo of one of your doubles to send to me. SEND IN
