Welcome to the Year 5 Home Learning page with Mrs Mole and Mrs Bailey. 

Everyday, new home learning will be added to this page. 

You will need to complete the work each day.  I will tell you which pieces of work need emailing to me so I can see how you are getting on with your home learning.  The email address is year5@leigh.covmat.org.  

 

As well as the daily home learning, please ensure that you are reading at least four times a week (as you would normally do) and keep practising your weekly spellings which are stapled inside your spelling book.  Ask an adult to give you a weekly test to make sure you keep up with your learning.  As a school, we have a login for the Oxford Owl website.  On this website you can have access to some of our home reading books.  I have attached instructions to show you how to how to access this site.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LOGIN IS NOW Leighclass5.  The password is the same.  On the last page, you will need to click on your reading level and then choose a book.  As always, challenge yourself!  If you have read all the books in your level move to the next one.  Happy Reading!!
