Here are some High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions for anyone who wants to stay physically active whilst at home. They are designed for school children by Joe Wicks.
Follow the instructions of the coach; they are simple workouts that will help you burn off some energy, keep your body and muscles healthy, and they don't really require much equipment or space.
