Miss Thomas’s group – today we are continuing to think about reading temperatures.  Remember to look carefully at the thermometers so that you give the right temperature.

Mrs Malone’s group – Look at the learning pages and then complete the worksheets.

English

Miss Thomas’s group – Follow the English learning and instructions and then complete the tasks.  When doing the written task, you can either print out the sheet to work on or you can write your answers on your own sheet of paper.  If you are using plain paper, ask an adult to draw you some straight lines for your writing.  It will help you to keep everything neat and tidy.

Mrs Malone’s group –

  • Go through speed sounds (page 4)

  • Go through the green and red word (page 5)

  • Look through the vocabulary check and find out what the sounds mean

  • Read the book faster and more fluently

• Proofread the sentence on the worksheet and use your ‘fixing pencil’ (or a coloured crayon

• Check your answers

• Parents and children use the questions on Page 14 to talk about the book.
