Week Beginning 9th October 2023
We are becoming fantastic independent learners and are exploring all the different activities Miss Haslam, Miss Bennett and Mrs Cole set up for us but are also thinking of our own games, activities and ideas. Take a look at all the brilliant Busy Learning we have been doing this week. We've really enjoyed learning about Autumn and have been doing lots of Autumn activities like leaf printing, leaf rubbing, making hedgehogs and exploring pumpkins!
In this activity we had to free the dinosaurs! It helped us practise our scissor skills. We had so much fun doing it that when we had finished, we asked Miss Haslam if we could tape the
dinosaurs back down and do it all over again!
In P.E. this week we were practising throwing and catching skills using beanbags with Mr Mansosa...
Forest School...
Every morning we sing a special song with actions before sitting down on the carpet ready to learn. It goes like this:
2 little hands go clap clap clap,
2 little feet go tap tap tap,
2 little hands go bump bump bump,
2 little feet go jump jump jump,
1 little body turns around,
All of Nursery sit quietly down!
