Hello Year 5 and welcome to our final week of home learning - yes we all made it!  As I keep saying, you really should be proud of yourselves; your positive attitude; and the fabulous work you have been creating and producing during our lockdown learning.

 

On Thursday, it is World Book Day and we, as a school, have some exciting activities for you to take part in.  For example, there are live workshops to watch, stories from other teachers to watch and listen to, competitions to enter and creative activities for your home learning.  On Thursday, you are encouraged to dress up on a book character.  If you are in a school bubble please come in your costume and if you are at home join in the fun and dress up too!  I'd love to see photos from the day and the activities you have been completing.  To coincide with World Book Day, I have changed our Reading lessons this week - we will not be using Fiction Express instead I have chosen more creative reading activities for you to complete.
