Chapter 7

There are 3 parts to today's lesson. These are; Mind Workout, Maths Journal and a Self Check of the chapter.  Discuss the Journal and your Self check, these are on one page.  With the Journal, record your a mark on the thermometers to show your understanding of cold, hot, warm and cool temperatures. Then with the Self Check have a look at the statements and see if you agree with them.  Then complete the Mind Workout, which is on another sheet.  Please send in your answers to the Mind workout.

Today's work is a speed sound check, phrase writing for these sounds and then writing a sentence for these sounds. Remember to show neat handwriting.  

It is not essential to print off these sheets, just show your work by copying and completing your work onto paper.  

Computing

After all the hard investigating you have all done, I would like you to create a poster showing all the interesting information you have found out. There are some example posters to look at to help you create yours.  See your Marvellous Me messages for the link for the video for this lesson.

Science

Today is Lesson 5 of our topic Growth and Survival.

This week I would like you to read through the slides and answer/discuss the questions being asked on the slides.  Then complete the set work.

Today’s work you have to choose an animal and answer the questions on the sheet.  You can choose any animal you like, from any country you like! I wonder what animals you can think of?!

Remember there is no need to print the sheet out, answering the same questions you can create your own worksheet!
