Healthy Me
LO: To talk about what being healthy means.
Today we will start a new topic called Healthy Me. Mrs Entwistle would like you to talk to your adult about what you think keeping healthy means, and what we all need to do to keep healthy. She also wants you to think about what things can affect your health such as not sleeping properly or eating a balanced diet. Draw a picture to show a way of looking after yourself.
